My name is Det. Jim E. Lloyd Jr. and I'm from an old beach town called Ewa Beach. Many people just know me as Jimbo. I founded Hawaii Detective & Guard. We are a Private Detective Agency with a licensed Public Adjuster. This means that we are experts at investigations of all sorts. We are especially qualified to investigate and manage insurance claims for residential and commercial insurance policyholders (renter, homeowner,  business). We do not work for an insurance company. We are Hawaii’s Insurance Detective, and we are here to serve. When you are in a position to help, you help how you can. We are helping people and businesses by providing FREE Public Adjuster Consulting Services. Our hearts go out to those who experienced loss from the August 2023 high-winds, and fires that were fueled by them. Lahaina is the most recognizable and tragic; however, we know that other areas of the State of Hawaii were also devasted by winds and fires. Anyone with questions regarding their rights under insurance policies should call us. Anyone with questions about the insurance claims process should call us. Anyone with questions about how insurance companies and their affiliates (consultants, contractors, etc.) operate should call us. Anyone with questions relevant to filing, processing, and settling insurance claims should call us. We will answer your questions to the best of our ability and for FREE. If you want to manage your own insurance claim, we will support you with FREE knowledge. Just know this... insurance companies operate for profit. You must be at least 21 years of age, pass a criminal history background check, and complete an informational briefing on the dangers, limitations, safe use, handling, storage, and disposals of E-GUNS. The E-GUN must be registered with a licensed individual or business which would be the dealer you are purchasing it from.
